In the schedule found on the "Sessions" menu heading, you will:

1. Have the ability to change the time zone to reflect your local time.  Please note the Symposium time is set for Eastern Time.
    
2. Find tabs to navigate through the schedule for each day of the Symposium. Additionally, you can select the star icon to add individual sessions to your personal schedule.
    
3. See a "View Session" button in the schedule listing for each individual session. Select that button to view more detailed session information. This is also where you will go to join the virtual meeting room when the session is live.

When you click in the details view for a session, you will see the following:

1. Ability to change the "Times are Displayed" section to your local time zone.
    
2. Description of the session.
    
3. Speaker information.
    
4. When a session is live, you will see a "Join Session" button. If the time for the session to start has passed, please refresh the page to join the session. Once you click on "Join Session" a pop-up will appear prompting you to open Zoom. 
    
5. The designated Session Host.
